I have bought and sold many pieces of property in my life and Karen buy far was the most efficient relator I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. she keeps up with what people are looking for and actually sold my house the same day I listed it with her. Karen kept me in the loop through the whole process of the sale dealt with the inspectors the buyers agent and kept the ball rolling on the title search and so on. Would I recommend her to anybody who is looking to buy or sell you bet your check book I would she will not only get the most money for your house if selling but will work to get you the best deal if you are buying. "Karen was our real estate professional when we bought our new home. We have bought and sold 10 previous homes and have worked with a lot of agents. Karen is one of the best I have ever encountered. Coming in from out of state, we really didn't know the area and wasn't sure where we wanted to settle. The homes we wanted to look at were often an hour or more apart. Karen made sure we got to see every one that we wanted to see and never once complained. She worked late into the night drawing up contracts and was always available when we needed her. She checked comparable home prices so we would have a reference for our offer price, and in the end, this saved us money. She also made sure that our contract protected us, including things that we had not thought of in spite of being experienced home buyers. She was always on top of what was happening and kept us informed along the way. The best thing I can say about Karen is that I can trust her. I know she has her client's interests at heart."
